
JUST BREATHE "The last of the human freedoms--to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way." Victor Frankl Yesterday at The Las Vegas Center for Spiritual living, Rev Cheryl gave a wonderful talk, on remembering to breathe. She shared that pausing to breathe, brings our body and mind to the present moment; that fear, anger, or anything that brings us angst, can often be lessened, by taking a calming deep breathe. Another key point that she reminded us of, is that we don't breathe alone, Spirit and community are always there, if we take a deep breathe to remember that. As a young child, I was very shy. I often had things I wanted to say, but I wasn't always brave enough to share my thoughts. Somewhere along the way, I grew into finding what I enjoyed, theatre.
