GET STARTED-OR PUT IT OFF?

Within you is a divine capacity to manifest and attract all that you need or desire."

Manifest Your Destiny                                                     --Wayne W. Dyer,

When an important project lies ahead of you, do you start in right away, or do you put it off while you mull it over for awhile? Is it procrastination, or is it allowing your mind the time to germinate new ideas? Whether you jump right in, or allow the percolation process, know that the words and action steps will flow when you are ready.

There are many times in my life that I have written books or articles, and sometimes I spend time worrying about how they will ever be published, and what steps I need to take to accomplish the task. So, I take it to prayer, and I realize that I just need to let the ideas flow. As I do this, I find that words and ideas populate my mind. Once I am going full speed on the project, the right people show up on my path, and I am guided to the right and perfect individuals to ask for assistance. I can worry about anything I want. I can consume myself with stumbling blocks; or I can let go, and let God. I can know that I am inspired, and that every aspect of my project will fall into place.

Wayne Dyer in his book, Manifest Your Destiny, when he talked about writing books says, "I banished all my doubts and began listening to the inner voices that kept telling me I would receive the guidance I needed, and would not be alone in this project...I surrendered and went deep within my meditations and allowed myself to release all fear and doubt, and simply to trust.

What Wayne says doesn't just apply to writing, but to all creative process. Composers, artists, singers, dancers, actors, will all say, that the power to accomplish their creative project came from an inspired idea that they followed through with. So, follow through with yours.

"Your subconscious mind is like the mother's womb. You have implanted in it your decision, which is a seed. The subconscious is at work building a definite identity of of thought that will soon emerge into your experience."

Raymond Charles Barker,                               The Power of Decision

What are you inspired to do? Have you just put it off, allowing the doubt to build hurdles you may never climb; or, are you building the stepping stones to accomplish your inspired ideas?

Love and Light,

Sandra Lindsey Smith
